A GoFund me page has been set up by Heather Rodreguez' daughter to help pay for her funeral expenses.

With heavy heart, I must share with you news of the sudden passing of our Community Transit colleague, Heather Rodriguez. Heather has been a coach operator at CT for almost seven years and a beloved member of our agency. Heather had an exuberant personality and a friendly nature. She was also an outspoken advocate for her colleagues’ safety on the road.

REMINDER: Shop Steward Sign-up sheets are posted on the Union Board at all our property locations. If you are interested in serving, please sign up before March 30 when the list will be pulled. Training will be on Sunday, Apr 24 at 15:00/3pm after the in-person charter meeting.

March Charter meetings (Sun, Mar 20 @ 13:00 and Tue, Mar 22 @ 10:00) will be held via zoom. Please go the the Calendar to find the logon information. You will be placed in a waiting room and admitted into the meeting from there.

With the retirement of ATU’s Director of Organizing Chris Townsend, International President John Costa has named Justin Panos the new ATU Interim Director of New Organizing.
