It takes all of us as union members to address gender-based discrimination and uphold the voice and dignity of the women in our union and our workplaces.
We are asking all active ATU members in the U.S. to take a few minutes to complete the survey by using the link below. The questions ask about gender-based discrimination, harassment, and accommodations in our workplaces. All responses will remain anonymous and confidential, and information collected will be part of a report identifying best practices for addressing women’s inequity.
