CT CBA TA Informational Meetings/Voting

Informational Meetings to discuss the new CBA will be held at the Labor Temple located at 2810 Lombard Ave, Everett, WA 98201.  These meetings will be from 0900 to 1700 September 2nd and 3rd and from 1000 or 1800 September 4th.  There will be an informational meeting available from 1300 until 1600 on Friday, September 4th in the Merrill Creek Conference Room at HCSO.

ATU 1576 Bylaws require 72 hours between the last informational meeting and voting day, but due to Labor Day falling on that Monday we will be holding the vote on Tuesday, September 8th from 0700 to 1830 in the Merrill Creek Conference Room with vote counting will commence immediately afterward.

Ballots and Ballot Boxes will be located on Tuesday, September 8th as follows:

• HCSO in the Merrill Creek Conference Room from 0700 until 1830 for Operators, Dispatchers, CIS, Instructors and Facilities Maintenance personnel assigned to HCSO.
• KPCR (Kasch Park Facilities) from 0700 until 0900 and from 1300-1500 in the Facilities Maintenance Conference Room.  This is for FM personnel who are assigned out of Kasch Park to vote for the CBA.
• KPOB (Kasch Park Operating Base) there will be a ballot box in the small conference room upstairs from 0900 until 1500 for Operations Personnel to vote.
• Between Shift Changes at KPC, the ballot boxes will move to the Ride Store in Lynnwood from 1000-1200 for Ride Store employees to vote.
