CT Loses Long Time Friend and Driver

As many of you know, we lost Dean Christensen on August 7th. He retired July of last year, but is remembered by many of us for his mild mannered sense of humor, and always being willing to lend a hand. He was with Community Transit for 31 years, and was a 2 Million Mile Driver.
In the words of Dave Thompson, a long time friend and co-worker:
Remembering Dean Christensen as a fellow colleague fills me with gratitude and admiration. He had a way of turning the start of a shift into a chance for camaraderie, swapping stories, and sharing laughs that set a positive tone for the day ahead.
Dean was the kind of co-worker who could be counted on, always ready to give insights and advice for newer operators. His presence made the workplace feel like a community. He was an accomplished shade tree mechanic and helped many of his fellow employees with repairs to their vehicles.
He was a fine coach operator and I will miss him.
