Beginning July 19, unauthorized vehicles parked in areas marked for construction contractors’ use will be towed at the owners’ expense. This includes vehicles owned by Community Transit employees.

Restricted parking spaces at MCADM and MCOB are clearly marked; repeated failures to avoid these spaces have caused delays in construction work. Towing is a last resort action to prevent further delays.

Please make every effort to park only in spaces designated for CT employee use. If your vehicle is towed, please contact Skip’s Everett Towing at 425-259-2981.

Brief closure on July 19 at MCADM

On July 19, additional spaces near the portables will be closed for the morning hours only, to make room for crews to begin preparing two portable buildings for removal. This minimal closure will not impact the availability of parking in the MCADM area.
